Double-Suction Pumps

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

• Nominal internal diameter (DN) – from 150 up to 1200.
• Flow – up to 20,000 m3/h, upon special order it can be increased up to 36,000 m3/h.
• Head – up to 220 m.
• Pressure – up to 25 bar.
• Temperature – up to 110 °C.

Type: single-stage double-flow pumps with volute axially split casing.

Pumped medium: clean, slightly contaminated and aggressive liquids with the viscosity up to 150 mm2/sec, not containing abrasive and solid inclusions; the concentration of mass should be lower than 2%.

Peculiar features: the casing in-line design. If the pump is installed horizontally, the motor can be placed at the left or right side - contingent on the user’s choice. Efficiency is higher than 90%; pulsations are insignificant.

Material: gray cast iron, high-grade stainless steel.

Shaft sealing: gland packing, contact sealing ring.

The form of impeller: double-flow radial impeller with an optimum suction characteristic, as well as excellent indices of critical suction height.
